  3. SCV ClipBar is a handy floating toolbar that monitors and augments
  4. the Windows95 clipboard.  It saves all text and bitmap clips, and
  5. lets you put them back on the clipboard hours later, or store them
  6. in a permanent "stash", to be reused at any time.  Some of its main 
  7. features are:

  9.   - automatically saves up to 50 text clips and 50 bitmap clips;
  10.   - can be switched on/off as needed;
  11.   - 5 buttons, some with a popup menu of options -- designed to
  12.     offer a lot of options without taking up much screen space;
  13.   - you can Stash frequently used clips, such as your address, web
  14.     site, etc ... double-click at any time to put these clips 
  15.     back on the clipboard;
  16.   - bitmap clips shown in a convenient scrolling set of thumbnail
  17.     images; double-click to put any clip back on clipboard;
